We cleared out the baby's room and ordered the nursery furniture today. Wow, it seems a little more real everyday. Peanut is moving a bunch lately. We can't get her to answer questions with kicks yet but... we have figured out she likes music.

Our trip to the cardiologist eased our concerns. Everything should be just fine but they want to keep an eye on her through the first year. If all goes well, the hole will close before she's born. ...and they verified that they also think she's a she.

This was our 20 week appointment and our little peanut is...........a GIRL!!!! The ultrasound did find a small hole in her heart and we have been referred to a pediatric cardiologist. Check out her cute cheeks in the bottom picture.

Another trip to the specialist resulted in a slew of pictures... some were even "4D". We were hoping to find out gender but Peanut was swimming around too much to tell. Most importantly, all is well right now. Here are some pictures from the scanning.

4D Scan shows how skinny Peanut is...

You can see a little button nose and a smile here.

Waiving to us.

Legs viewing from the bottom. Still can't quite make out gender.

Hospital tour was today! Wow... it's really happening. The "Baby Factory" here in Atlanta apparently delivers more babies than any hospital in the country. The facility is very nice and is supposed to be 100% private rooms. Of course, they can't guarantee anything but it's nice to know that they are shooting for privacy in such a big city.
